1) Does anyone know if this book has been recently updated. This "Third Edition" was published in 1995 (eight years ago).

2) Does anyone know of a similar such book that applies in the Canadian legal system?

PRISONERS' SELF-HELP LITIGATION MANUAL; THIRD EDITION by John Boston and Dan Mainville. Published by Oceana Publications Inc. 1088 pages, $32.95 (U.S. funds).

Bud;

Here's a revolutionary thought.

Imagine getting a copy of the book in EVERY prison library, forthe use of the inmates, to file grievances, petitions etc.

Who-eee! What a fuss that would cause , eh?
