Are there any limitations to ex-cons who say want to open a business such as a pizza place? Can the state deny us that right as well?

Every state has different laws. I know that in Illinois and exoffender can't ever have a Liquor License,which I think is wrong, but hey.

Then certain types of "crimes" by the offender can't have certain types of state licenses. These types of laws are what we calls "disenfranchisement laws" they are designed to lock us out of society.
