Hi im needing help with something i went to go visit my fiance and i was already approved.. im a temp convicted felon on probation. but when i got to the prison. they gave me hella problem's and did not want to even let me visit him untill i had to talk them unto letting me then a 6 hr visit turned into 1 1/2 hour's we where sooooo sad. i did not c him in like 1 year... so that visit meant alot to us... let alone i was suppose to be bringing our babie's the next visit because i would have had there birthcertificate's by then ... he has not seen our daughter since she was 1 year's when he was in south bay and his son was like 3 months or so. he has never held him. he is gone till nov 08 he say's but when he was in donovan his counseler said jan 09.. ( i wounder which is true ) well i just wanted to know if anybody know's who i can write and can i visit even though of my back ground??? plmk asap.:confused:

I am sorry I too am having a diffucult time with visiting approval. Anyways, what yard is your loved-one on ? My husband was also at Southbay.He was there from Feb.05 through Aug. 05, If they are in the same yard or spent the same dates at southbay i am sure they have seen each other. It a small world.

my baby is in 2-2 he was in south bay f2 as well from sep 04 to like july 05 ..... are you in the same situation as me??? with the visiting???

i dont know if we are in the same situation. However, I was approved while he was in Chino on a 90 day opt. then when he went to donovan they gave him a new CDC # and told me I had to reapply. Its been 6 weeks since I sent the visit form in and no word except my husband voiced his counselor mentioned no visits from me because of restraining order.( DA attached) Now, that restraining order I had modified immediately so we could continue to live with each other. His counselor said she doesnt have any such order in his file. So your loved one is on level 2? At Southbay I wasnt aware they had levels of classified inmates.

I think its the same all over. They gotta sign up for the calls.... My babe is on level 2 so I couldnt really tell you about level 1...... My babe should be goin to level 1 in Nov. sometime.....

He only called one day. Then informed me he would sign up to call the kids the following day. Unfortunetly, he never made that call. I wonder if the counselor had something to do with it. She and I spoke the same day he called and we had a difference in opinion on weather or not there was a valid restraining order out on him. sorry, cant give you any more information on the happenings at CCi because I havent recieved even a letter since he phoned. I can hardly stand this worry and waiting.

He can sign up once a day! Unless he isnt A1A then I think its 1 a month!

Diamond, No she cant tell me a thing . So she said. When I asked why? she responded with " I cant verify your idenity over the phone". She was very short with me and I had to ask her several times to write down my mans cdc # so she would be able to look at his file being she didnt have his file near and no computer near ither. DEAD END !@! with this women.,

Ok well write him and see what his status is. She is acting ugly because they can tell you info, I guess it depends on the counselor though. I am sorry she isnt being as accomodating as she should.
