I was just wondering if there was a specific address for the level 4 reception center? I can't figure out where I need to write my brother at. I know that he just he was recieved there on 5-17-06 and he was a level 4, does that make a difference.

As long as you have his CDC # the letters will find him. You may call the prison for his dorm/bunk number just to move things along faster. Good luck!

You can always call (661) 822-4402 and ask for the mail room. Thats how i do it. I believe each yard has it's own PO box. Not sure.
