My man is in Edmonton Remand center .. I bought a calling card the other night and gave him the # over the phone .. anyways , he said he got through the 1-800 # , but when asked for his pin # , he got cut off half way though .. Why is it this wont work ? We got a calling card cause i am being hospitalized for a few days and its important that we talk though those days , i need his support and ect.. Is there a way this can work ?maybe if he spoke too the head person , and told them the siduation , would they let him use it while i am in the hospital ? I cannot except collect calls in the hospital and really need him juring that time . please help .
