You'll need to work that out with her as best you can. Being related to the kids only by marriage, I don't believe you have a legal right to see them. It's up to you to see if you can deal with her without your brother's relationship with her being an issue.

I know that has to be hard for you! Have you tried to talk to her about allowing yall to visit them? There isnt much you can do.. now if she doesnt let your parents see the kids there is a thing called grandparents rights in many states. Which give the grandparent rights to see the children .. It is a court process and there is no gurantees.. i wish you the best of luck
