My fiance was arraigned in federal court last week. What's going to happen next? How long does it usually take to go to trial? Will the attorney keep the family informed of when the court dates are? I have no clue what to expect and neither does Mike. He says his atty hasn't told him anything. He said he doesn't even know what his points are or the offense level. How would he find that out? Please help
