Hi, my husband just got transfered to High Desert in Susanville today and I'm trying to get the stuff from the guidelines of what I can send. It says 5 pack of bic pens i can't find those ANYWHERE!!!! just 10 packs, it says they have to be in original packages, also it sends send everything in 12x15 or 10x15 envelopes I can only find 9x12 10x13 and 10.5x15.5!!! grr and everytime I try to call the mail dept there i can NOT get through. He doesn't have anything to send me the visitor app or anything please help if you can guys...and does anyone know how reception is in susanville? or have any advice for him/us? Thank you...

Have you tried Stapples online? Office depot.

thanks, yeah. I FINALY got through to them and their guidelines are different!! no pens or pencils AT ALL, but I can send more stamps, and paper and pictures so it's ok I guess. I'm sending my Baby the package tommorrow! :D
