Just wondering, anyone who has been nabbed for ecstasy. How many grams is 100 pills? I though it was more than 20 but less than 50.

But, I Do Know That According To My Boyfriend's Paper Work One Gram Of Mdma Is Equivalant To 500 Grams Of Marijuana.

I know that 200 grams of MDMA is approximately 800 tablets so if Im doing my math right (I dont promise that I am) 100 pills would be approximately 25 grams.

I don't know how they count it in other places and how many grams is what. I live in Texas and if you get caught with Exstacy for every pill you have it is counted as 1 count of manslaughter. This guy I know was caught with them and that is what they charged him with.

I can recall when it was quasi-legal and a popular party drug. Can't recall that it caused the sky to fall. Yes, it can have some major health consequences--I have no desire to take the stuff. People were known to drop dead from heart attacks in clubs after taking MDMA. Much as folks keel over from binge drinking on a daily basis.

Equating possession of a substance with manslaughter is absurd--give the funding for a decent lawyer, it might be possible to fight the conviction as a result.

I had a friend who served 2 yrs (right before it was mandatory 5 years) in Federal prison for distribution of ecstasy/planning to sell (over 1000 pills).

I did 30 months for ectasy. I was charge with 1309 pills back in 2001. they broke down each pill as being .25 grams and converted my charge to marjuana on the danger equivlancy chart. for every gram of MDMA was eqiv. to 500 grams of marijuana. after the conversion, it was like 160 kilos (or 350 pounds) of marijuana is what they used to sentence me in the guidlines.. kinda crazy how they did that..as far as I know it could accualy be more implemented into the guidlines instead of having to convert it. I dont know.

Four tabs of Ecstasy is the equivalent of 500 grams of marijuana? Not to make light of your situation, but that sounds like the sort of thing where Cheech and Chong should have been called as defense witnesses--I'm sure they could have explained the reality without....well, TOO much trouble.

1gm of meth = 20 kg marijuana (that's 40x as much per gram)
1gm of ephedrine = 10 kg marijuana ( it's a legal drug and it's 20x as much per gram as x)

In Tennessee as well, you are charged with manslaughter for every pill.

I just thought i would add a note here being that i sold this for quite a bit of time.

average hard pressed pill is about 23 to 36 milligrams of MDMA|MDE|MDA not including the cut (really depends on who you got it from and all that) only time you should find higher amounts will be in capsules. with 1oz of MDMA you can press out approx 1200 pills and keep within 28 to 32 mgs per pill.

wow manslaughter is way extreme. I was convicted in Virginia and for the sale of 7 pills on three ocassions i was charged with distro mdma x 3 and conspire to distro x 1

two of the charges were imposistioned and for the others i recieved two 60 month sentences suspended 1/2 on each and run concurrent (two 1/2 years) in state prision for a 1st offence. MDMA is considered schedual 1 narcotic and a class 1 felony (same as cocaine). however Crack cocaine distro offenses are usally charged with manslaughter. Which is understandable cause that's really a bad drug IMO. Keep in mind this is for Virginia.

check out this out, in ohio here, they say bulk is 10 grams of eccstasy, i was charged with 100 pills, they said it was greater than 5 times bulk but less the 50 times bulk. doesnt make sense.

ok sooo.. 4000 pills of x is equal to what in Ohio? whole hell of alot of time I'm guessing
