i have a few questions..
My husband self-surrendered yesterday to FCI-Beaumont. He was placed at the camp. When he was sentenced, the judge recommended boot camp. What does he have to do to get this boot camp?
Also, he was sentenced to 41 months. At what point would he be transferred to a halfway house? After those 41 months?
One more... if the judge said no parole, does that mean definitely no opp for parole ever?
