I have recently registered, as my son has just entered the Millhaven assessment Unit in Bath Ontario Canada. This is his first ever crime. He is 36 yrs old. He will probably be incarcerated for about 18 months. I am sure it will seem 18 yrs.
We hope he will be alright while he is inside the gates.

Next, I know the 18 mnths seems like more than you or anyone else can endure, but I assure you it will pass quickly. You have come to the right place... so many members here have been were you are now and will be more than happy to lend you an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, or a voice of encouragement.

i have aa son about to be sentenced in few wks and could spend alot more time, , iam glad tah it,s 18 months and know how sad you must be, iam so scared to face the sentence ,it,s horrible not knowing, i pray that somehow he gets a shorte sentence, anyway. welcome and you can pm anytime. my son is 30 and has marijuana cultivation as his offense......warmly curlyhead
