Can you block just the collect calls but still accept the pre-paid ones?

When you are prompted to push "77" as the inmate phone system instructs you to do if you want to block a call, it blocks the telephone number.This will prevent any calls to your number. You may be able to block only collect calls through your local telephone service provider, however.

She is right do not push 77 unless you want the number completely blocked. I do not have collect service through my phone co. When he tries to call collect it tells him this number does not accpet collect calls, but he is able to call prepaid.

Don't forget that on Collect Calls you have the option to simple not accept the charges for that call without actually blocking the phone completely.
