:confused: Halfwy house 2/weeks has job In the interim she was allowed to go shoping,,, She received her check but unfortuately she does not have any form of Id so her case manger had my daughter call me as she was given permission to have me transport her to my bank with the possiblity of cashing her check so she could give them their 25% of the gross earnings, this was accomplished and we proceeded to go to the mall, well she has been charged with violating her itnerary we stopped at the Food court so I could have lunch. my daughter only had a cold drink she said she better call the halfwayhouse and report where she was they asked her where she was and answered truthfully. The nightmare started she got put on room confiment, her boss was picking her up to go to work with their permission that was shut down etc to conclude this she is now getting a formal hearing I was called if I wanted to be a witness to the meeting and I asked a witness to what? they refused to tell me this now a different case manager what are my rights is this to help them to send my daughter back to BPO What can I do?by the way this halfway house is a contract facility

What part of AZ is this in? I would call her probation officer and explain it to him. He should be able to help. Sounds petty to me and sometimes the P.O. will help if they can.

We are in Tucson Az, there is no probiation officer yet she is at a halfway house prior to her complete date of Oct. 10 03 then she will have a probiation officer.
