Hello I'm having problems with my husbands Counselor. We submitted a FV application back in 11/05 the first one they lost.Then we did another one 6 months past and I have no answers I been going back and forth with him telling me one thing and then he saids another. Well finally he told me we was approved!:eek: and that he was going to send it to FV so we can get a date yeah right he did! I called the FV CO (and is very nice!) and he kept on telling me no we dont have it. So I called him back and he was like Oh your husband forgot to sing it (yeah right:blah: ) so another 3 weeks past and he told me that he would take it to him and i called him back and he was like oh your husband has to come sign it but they are on LD so he has to wait:angry: :angry: :angry: !!! I was like No you told me you was going to take it to him.. alright whatever we waited another 2 weeks so I seen my husband this weekend and i asked him whats up and he told me that he puts in the request to speak with him and he doesnt respond to his slips so i was like F this so I called him back yesterday and he lie to me again he said he send it to my husband to sign ( but he never did) and that my husband never send it back! so at this point I'm in tears already and I told him please give him another one and he said well you would had a visit if he would had sign it!.. So my question what can I do who can I talk to about this and have someone listen to me? If anyone has had the same issue or some what alike please help! thanks V

I am afraid that i havent dealt with this, but i feel your frustration. I have never felt so hopeless as dealing with the prison system. I am so sorry for your troubles and I hope it gets better and they get their act together.

I am so sorry this sh!t is happening to you. I can't even begin to understand. I have kept you and J in my prayers and I really will keep all my fingers and toes crossed that you see some resolution soon!

Stay up Babe you can't allow the CDC to bring you down. Frustration no doubt will be next to impossible to avoid but just remember he will be home soon. J will make it all better very soon.

Ay amiga, Im sorry you are going through all this BS, keep on calling and calling if not speak to the counselors superior let them know you understand they are busy but so are you.....I hate this too man....I got your back.....good luck honey...

I don't know anything about this process... as I am still in the process of trying to plan our marriage. But, I hope that all works out for you and quickly!! I know how frustrating the system can be... so little information is provided to us. I know you are anxious to get to those Family Visits... but hang in there. It will happen... and when it does... WATCH OUT GIRL!!! ha ha ha ha.
