Well I personally prefer the cooler weather but I have a blast when it comes to summer time. Here at my parent's home we always have BBQ's and we have lot's of fun, we also like going to the beach, I go to the beach with my friends a lot. I usually go with my daughter's God mother and with a friend of mine that has a son about my daughter's age, they have a blast together.

I also enjoy picnics and things like that. Anyway, I just thought that I would ask what you all like doing in the summer time. I know that lots of you go on vacation, but that's not for me, at least not yet, so I improvise! lol :D

I love summer, mainly because its my birthday, but also I love HOT days!

I like going to Raging Waters, Wild Rivers (waterparks), also the beach, I do a Vegas trip in the summer at least 3 times! All the amusement parks, me and my friends throw picnics all the time, I just love the feeling of summer and all the block parties and stuff....Girl I just LOVE SUMMER!

I really enjoy the summer because I live not to far from huntington Beach and we go down there alot.. Myhubby comes home this summer, we have tons of plans.... Disneyland, Beach, Dodger games, Angel games, going to family BBQ's which is often with my family, going to the movies, dinner, etc..... WE used to go out alot but now that we have our daughter it's not that easy, but she will be 2 in a few weeks so she stays up a little longer and doesnt take more then 1 long nap a day. She will love going to the beach with daddy this summer. Myhubbyplays basketball alot so I will be taking out daughter along so she can play in the parks and beaches while he plays ball. I cant wait for summer to be here...... oh yeah, and also because our boss lets us out at noon on fridays all summer long. I love it :p LOL

I love to BBQ and go on little day trips but I am not a big fan of the lake/beach/river as my fat butt will not be seen in public in a swim suit LOL I also dont like the heat much but I do enjoy nice sunny days and nice nights for bbq's, hanging out by the pool,in the back yard just chilling or whatever

I love to hit the Race tracks for a day/night of racing, we grill out there, kick it back, everyone either plays their own instruments or we jam it out with cd's Sprint cars and Nascar ... but my 'adopted' son is racing ARCA this year so will go see him in 2 weeks :D and it's close to home, I'll be taking lots of pics and hanging in the pits as well:thumbsup:

Outdoor concerts, I love the free ones in the park.

Drive In's for double features here we also grill or take all our snacks and food

Sunday's we grill, play cards, watch the races we can't attend relax

Of course since I'm a movie addict I watch tons of movies as well.

But part of me is so ready for August already for Football season to start lol ...
