My Man is In B-yard.. i was wondering if when they call..do they only have to call COLLECT? or can they use Calling CARDS? b/c i remember him calling a while back from another prison....and he was using a calling card i haven't talk to him for a while since... They cant use calling cards. They do collect calls through MCI. You need to call this number to see if you have a block on your phone. (800) 231-0193. If you cant except collect calls from prison through your phone company then you have to set up an account with MCI. I hope this helps you.
