My daughter made a phone call to Millhaven today.She had a positive conversation with a very nice gentleman. She was given the info she was looking for. This is contrary to what I have been told. There must have been some policy changes and they are now dealing with people in a better way.
I was talking my neibour down the street who was a cop and he told me some things that were totally opposite to what my daughter experienced.
This is good news I think?

im glad your daughter got through to Millhaven and that they were polite and helpful. i find that if you are nice to them, they are nice to you. did she get the information she was looking for?
