Hey Ladies I need some help. My honey is in CTF- North and I want to send him some books. All I have is the P.O.Box address. Can they get books if I send it there? is there another address?...pls help my baby is going crazy being on lockdown.:angry: any help will do..address..phone number...

You send books to the regular mailing address (my brother is also CTF--North). It sounds like you haven't sent them before, so here are some basics: no hardcover books, and they must be new ones sent from a bookstore. Also there are limits to the number you can send at once--I believe it's 4, but I'm not 100% positive. Sometimes I send more, but just do it as 2 separate shipments, and couple of days apart. I recommend using Amazon.com--it's always easy, good prices, and usually cheap or free shipping.

One thing to be aware of is that they might not give your man the books if he's locked down...I sent some to my brother back in February, and as of his last letter (a week or so ago), he still hadn't gotten them. But it's certainly worth a try! Apparantly they want our guys to sit in their cells all day with literally nothing to do. Not the best plan I can think of for preventing trouble, that's for sure.

thanks...he just got there so I haven't sent books there b4...but it sounds the same as Wayside and Delano I was just worried about some one receiving the books at a P.O.Box ...I'll give it a try...
