Hey ladies,

Well I thought that I would start a little check in thread here for us PVSP women (and men). So let us know that you're here and what's new in your part of PVSP! :)

As for myself, well some of you may already know that my bf is driving me crazy because he didn't call and I still don't know how his parole hearing went on Wednesday, so I'm waiting for some good news on that. I wanted to go visit this weekend but my dad made me promise that I would spend Easter here since I already missed Christmas so I could spend it with him. :p

Anyway, so please share how you are all doing, how your loved ones are doing and just share everything! :D C'mon ladies we have to get this PV forum moving.

well fellow PVSP'ers its been an up and down month, from talking to scott on the 2nd to not hearing from him since that day to getting moved into my first apartment with a best friend and my job as a garden center specialist with my plants flying off the shelves its been an OK month. how is everyone else doing???

Lucky, I hope you get GOOOOOD news about that parole hearing!! However it goes, of course, we are here for you...

Me, well, I've been taking a "break" from my PV guy, sort of... I'm just not visiting much but we still write and talk on the phone a lot. We're such best friends and more buuuuut............... well, anyway, we're still friends.:(

Q, well I still don't know exactly how everything went with that. I got some info but it didn't come from him so I'm going to wait and talk to him until I share. I think that I will be taking a little break myself.

Pansy, that's really cool about your new apartment, I wish you the best of luck with that and I hope that you have lots of fun decorating your new place. I know I did when I got my first apartment.

Well ladies it kind of sucks that only three of us have checked in for April :(

Well, Lucky, it's true there's only a few of us PVers here right now. But I remember when the lifers forum was soooooo quiet, and now it's cooking with gas! So let's hang in here... ;)

You're taking a break too?? No, say it isn't so... me and my guy got a history of trying to stay "just friends" -- it's complicated but okay. But you two??

Thank you, but I still haven't heard anything yet. I'm so sad, about 15 minutes ago I got a call from the operator asking if I would accept the call, when I said yes the phone clicked. I don't know if the operator cut the connection while she was putting th call through or what happened the point is that I didn't get to talk to him! :(:(

I wanted to take a little break so we can both think about what we really want, actually for him to think about it, but he made it very clear to me in a couple of letters that I got yesterday. :) So I don't know if I'm going this weekend or not...lol

Thanks for the comments on my daughter! She loves Dora, she likes the Disney Princesses better but she had her other birthday party with that theme so I went with Dora that time. Now she wants Strawberry Shortcake this year! :)

Yes I know you're right, we have to wait for this forum to kick up, oh well. But thank you so much for your kind words, I appreciate them and they make me feel better. :)

Hi Ladies,

I've never posted on this site before, but have been reading it and truely benefiting from it for a couple months now. :thumbsup: My situation is a little controversial, but I'll try to sum it up. I have a friend at PVSP who I completely adore....but he's married. He was seperated when I met him, but they are trying to work things out. Which I'm cool with because I truely love this man and want him to be happy even if its not with me. But more than anything, I promised my friendship and support to him and I keep my word. So, we are "just friends" now...I have even had civil conversations with his wife! So, I write the letters, accept the calls, send the packages all out of friendship...but my heart still feels love. The last thing I want to be is a home wrecker, but I secretly hold on to the dream that he will be mine again one day :)

So there's my story....thanks for the great group!

I'm a PVSP'er and glad for this thread. I see so many people in line. There are some visits where I feel the full moon is out. People act so unfriendly and yes even hostile. There was actually a fight in line Easter Sunday! There are times when I reach out to new people in hopes they will return the jesture to another new visitor.
Anyway...
I don't check the posts every day. I'll do my best.
It is costly to drive there for a visit. He understands. I told him it might be 3-4 weeks before I return. I'm rambling.
I still have my tearing moments when I can't stand thinking he's there and we are here. -C

That is why I don't visit on Holidays!! LOL I still cannot believe there was a fight in the line? Of all my time visiting, I don't think I have ever seen someone getting into it with another visitor.
