I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS IN FOR. IM GOING TO TELL YOU FROM THE NY STAND POINT THAT IF HE HAS A RELEASE DATE AND HE DOESN'T COMPLETE A PROGRAM OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, THE DATE WILL CHANGE UNTIL THAT COMPLETION IS DONE. I HOPE THAT HELPS.:confused:

Yes it does if they get a 115 they get three months added on but I think they can earn some of the time back. If they catch another case like an assault on another inmate then time is added on. The first date they give them to me is only an estimate.

The way they did my man's time is the release date they put up for us to see had the good time incorporated into it. So every time he gets in trouble and gets some good time taken away, we see it change. Over the past 6 years I've watched his release date change from April 2008 all the way to August now. And he's still got about 2 1/2 years to go, so who knows when he'll actually get to come home!!! If he don't stop getting in trouble he's going to put us in 2009!!!! (God I hope not!!!)
