My boyfriend is losing weight very fast. I know that it sometimes happens to them when there first locked up, but he's been back in for about 10 months. The first time he was locked up was for 13 years, (his parole was revoked). anyway...he can't eat alot of the food they serve without gettings sick, nausa, etc. For years his family always sent enough money for him to eat off the store etc. But his mom has had some health problems herself and isn't able to send that much money anymore. (i can't either)

He told me that he had lost some weight last week but i didn't think much of it until i seen him yesterday....he's lost alot...and i'm worried to death about it. Of couse he said not worry, he would be fine, and I know that this isn't his first "rideo" but i scared that there might be something seriously wrong with him physcial....

It's probably the stress, but it would not hurt for him to make a request to see the Dr. Try to get him to.

I agree - with stress, people tend to lose or gain weight. Encourage him to see a doctor, to at least begin a record of his weight loss.
