Just got the word from my daughter-in-law (who lives in Crescent City and visits every day possible) that it's been two weeks since the prisoners have gotten any mail. If you've been worried at not having gotten any yourselves - that's why. They are on some sort of lockdown or other at the moment, but it didn't affect this weekend's visits - at least to the general population.
