Please help! I got a call this morning, my son. He told a story of 2 guards that teamed up in a lie to get him in trouble. He said that procedures were not followed by them (he was not allowed to talk to the DR ?) He also mentioned that one of the guards was the same one that pulled him aside after our visit and made awful comments about me (well I guess it's ok to make fun of someones mom that is fighting cancer and looks odd because of the treatment she has gone thru) as well as mocking the conversation we had that day (because he stood listening). Now even worse he seems to have a partner to help him bully around the inmates. Because of this he lost all of his earned days. He is getting so fed up with the whole system. You just don't know who the criminals are anymore, I need to try to do something to help, Please reply. Any information will be helpful. I would also like to know if they have camaras inside, this would be good for him if they do.

I would think he should write down the details while they are fresh in his mind and send a copy to his lawyer if he has one still. He can file a complaint I am pretty sure and/or appeal the loss of his good time? Or earn it back some how? I know he should not have lost it in the first place, but I dont think you cant get anywhere in a pissing contest since they have the gold, ya know what I mean...

I hope you are feeling better. Truly the criminals have the keys there.

I have wrote him and asked him for all the details. I don't know if he still has a lawyer, is it possible? They seem to want to keep everthing that could help prisoners out a big secret. Every time I try to find anything on Le Jeune on line, I come up empty handed and that makes it even harder cause I can't help him.
thanks for the reply and by the way,
Love the name:D

Each post has a Staff Judge Advocate office with Trial Defense Counsel. Your son needs to request an attorney meeting and tell the attorney his story. I'm not sure of the regulations regarding appealing an administrative decision but the attorney can advise him of his rights and any available remedies. It seems guards overstepping their authority is a common problem at all the facilities! I wish him the best of luck.

:confused:My son has filed an apeal in re: to this. I asked him if they have camaras in the brig (I would think this would be a big YES). He said they do. Makes you wonder why they don't use them to try to see what did happen. Humm:hmm:

you are welcome and thank you :)

couldnt he request the cameras as evidence or something? if it was going to be helpful. i dont think he should lose all his rights and defending himself (including the right to evidence and witnesses )is a big one.

and i think its hard enough for the inmates to play the game so to speak when they dont even know the rules, or the rules keep changing. kinda of like you beat the video game and the board changes, only no one tells you. wouldnt it be nice to have some kind of liason to the prison authorities to tell them concerns... assuming they care

Our loved ones who are in there go through alot. Im not sure what you should do but God is big and knows what he does. Everything will fall into place. He wont give your son anything he cant handle. I think those guards are wrong and they really wont try anybody in the outside world. They have power issues, that goes to their heads. Anyways i will keep You as well as your son and the rest of your family in my prayers. God bless. ps Hes a hater!!!
