Does anyknow know if Norco is still on lockdown and if they will have visits this weekend. I know they have been for a few days now and the phones are not on. I have to drive from NV and do not want to do so only to get turned around once there. I have tried calling the visiting line and the prison it self and am getting on where quick

did anyone's loved one here at crc norco go to wasco s.p. for reception?

well my hubby called me yesterday on fathers day and they were not on lock down anymore, but he said that they may get on lock down soon again, no one ever really knows for sure. By the way my hubby was at wasco for reception before he got to crc.... good luck to all of you visiting!

My son is in Norco and had been in Wasco Reception.

what training camp did they go to from wasco reception? reason i'm asking is i'm from socal n he's in wasco rc. his counselor put him down for either firecamp or ccf. i'm wondering what the whole process is or was for your loved ones. he's in for 3 years but with halftime. his halftime release date is september next year. i guess he's just waiting up for a bed to open up. and did it shorten your loved ones time being in firecamp? norco is pretty much down the street n it would b very convenient

Well as far as my husband, when he got to wasco it took him about 2 1/2 months to be transfered to Norco. He didnt go to a camp before he got to Norco. and I dont now if this was because this is his first time in Prison but yea and he is getting out next month so....I"m sorry I guess I'm not much help...good luck!

My man just got to CRC today from NKSP up in Delano..
I am soooooooo psyched cus he just got to call me for the first time since April..
YEAY!! annd CRC is Very close to home.. mannn finally some good news!!

Anybody have a loved one in any of the mens substance abuse programs at CRC?

Does anyone know if there are any specific guidlines on how to get to firecamp? My man spoke with his counselor a week ago and she recommended him for CCF norco/firecamp. Is that the same place or is that two diff places?

CCF is not CRC Norco, they are two different places.

CRC has their own Fire Camp/Training Facilities, the inmate does not go to Jamestown or Susanville before going to CRC/Fire Camp.
