My boyfriend sent me a visiting form, but he did not sign it before sending it to me....He said to mail it back to him....Will the fact that he did not sign it cause a delay in getting it approved? Did you all have your forms already signed when you received them? Thank you in advance for your reply! :)

He was supposed to have signed it. There is a good chance that they won't even process it without his signature, so here's what I would do: Go ahead and fill it out, but ask him to send another one, (this time signed) so if the do reject the unsigned one, you have another one on it's way.

Guaranteed they will not approve it. You will wait two months for a reply and they will deny you. My man did that on his visiting form for one of my friends and they denied her just because of that and we sent another one and they approved her. Send the unsigned one in your letter but put a post it note on it asking for the inmate to sign it before they process it.
