Okay, I really, really, looked at the site. You can only use the site if MCI bills you separately than your regular telephone bill. If that's the case, you wouldn't need it anyway! Such good news! Woo Hoo!

I just found that out also. I have MCI through SBC/AT&T, so I could not check mine.

I just new someone on line here at PTO would have the info! I called 3xs to try to get the website info and it was just a click away! Thanks so much! I also have SBC/ATT and I am able to view and manage my account w/MCI at the website! It worked for me. Thank GOD no more long wait times!
