i need to know what to do for him to get out.

Is he coming up for parole? Does he have a hearing date set?

It depends on A LOT of things. How much time does he have left? Has he been up for parole before? Has he finished all of his programs in there? Has he gotten any tickets lately, been in the hole?

Trey is in for burglary. First time non violent offender. Been in for 7 years, has passed original MR up, finished all programs and even has taken college courses, has had jobs in there, has awesome support outside in the world, has a house here w/ me. But yet he sits there with nothing more that he can do. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Then there are people who have done SO much worse and they get out in 2 years. What's the deal with that?

this is his first time never been in serious trouble in thire. his sentence is 3 to 6 this .ok so far he's been in since 2000 and did 200 some days in county jail to. he was arrested for forgrey.and not going to probation to cause the first time he was acused of sexaualy abuse to.

he goes to prole next month either 9 0r 10
