Is it odd if the prosecutors charge a non offender with alot of charges and his codefendants with past criminal history little charges? Also do they drop most of the charges when I plea bargain?

Don't really surprise me at all. From the street cops to the judges and all the blood suckers in between, our court systems are totally messed up. I have seen this before and it makes me sick. The entire legal system of our country is turning upside down from shear stupidity. They just do what they want to do, don't matter if it's right or wrong! See if you can find a lawyer who is not a sell out artist and make sure he/she is not running for a political office.

I agree.....its all goin crazy! my man is in for 6yrs and got many more to go for what he didnt do! the attorney, etc...made all worse!
