My friend was given a lifetime exclusuion from visiting her husband in tehachpi. the reson was for a felony charge that she never got? no her husband is in new folsom state prison and wants to obatin her visits? she hasnt seen her husband in 2years. Can anyone help out and relate some information?what should she do? she has never had any warrants or ever been arrested (thank god). i feel like what they are doing to her is wrong and they shouldnt take the right of seeing her husband away...please if anyone has information on how we can go about this ,let me know ... thanks...:thumbsup:

I don't quite understand "a felony charge that she never got." If she didn;t have a felony charge or an arrest, why the problem?

But either way, all I know is that wardens can always make an exception to allow visits -- even for felons, and especially for family members.

I would suggest she write a letter to the warden explaining her situation and requesting permission to visit.

Then if she is still denied, I'd say hire a lawyer...
