Oldest son had a pre hearing today for his drug possession and items in vehicles for drugs for date to be set for grand jury. He can not afford an
attorney due to being disable and he only draws a little over $600.00 but
since he bought a house when he received a settlement on job injury and
paid $25,000 for it the judge told him today that he could afford a lawyer.
If he didn't get a lawyer then he would have to be put back in jail....would
someone help me out here...what is he suppose to do sell house? He has no other income coming in period..Thanks again and maybe soon I will stop asking questions and being a burden.....Mother1952

I hired an attorney for Michael last year and I think he is really reasonable and a sweetheart. He will tell you whether he can help you or not. His name is Bob Humphries in Montgomery. He is really a good lawyer. He spoke to the parole board for me this year and I didn't pay him a thing. His number is 334-277-9222. Give him a call....it couldn't hurt anything.
