My friend's man is up in CCC also, she wants to marry him but he is married already. :mad: He told her to get the divorce started for him but she doesn't even know where to start. Can anybody help us with this? He asked her not to call the wife because it will start problems.......uuummmmm.....:confused: ....What can she do then? Thanx!:thumbsup:

First And Foremost It's His Responsiblity And Second Is He Not Aware He Can Do It All Free In There. They Have That Paper Work There For Him He Needs To Go Into The Library. Tell Your Friend If He Really Wants Her To Marry Him Then He Needs To Handle His Business.

i agree with jojo1, if he real wants to marry you ,he should do all he can from there, he can go to the library and get the info he needs and it is free, did you ask him why he doesnt want you to get a hold of the wife? what would be the problem? doesnt she know that he is with you now? hope im not getting to noisy. it just sounds a little funny to me. cause i have been there already, my man got his divorce in there and it wasnt that hard, good luck

He can get the papers at the law library as stated or she can get the papers online.The california courts has a self help website where you can fill out and print the papers then you would need to send them to him for signatures then file them for him,if he fills out and gets a fee waiver due to being incarcerated then its free,if not then she would have to pay for it when she files for him
