I was wondering if there was any possible way that a person could get the government to fund a rehabilitation program for inmates re-entering society. The program would consist of boarding the person, teaching him how to re-enter society, help him get a job, give him counseling, etc. It has been a fleeting idea I have had for awhile and decided to put it out there. Any information on this thought would help.
