My fiance got transferred from Rankin County to Winston Choctaw County Regional Correctional Facility yesterday. He said it was sh*$^y place but it was better than Rankin County. He also said it was like being in county jail other than people can smoke in there. He doesn't smoke so he really doesn't think that it too great about it. He says he can call anytime he wants. Does anyone know what phone company they use as far as inmate phone calls?
He said a guy in there told him he was getting married next month so he is going to get up with the unit chaplain and see if we can get married then and what all we have to do. Cross your fingers for us. I really hope we can.

I do not know of any information on this facility, except that it is one of the better ones.
