Hi i need some help, my fiance' is in OCCC right now and we want to get married as soon as possible, i searched marriage here on the site and got the requirements on what to do in order to get married to an inmate. Its post date is 2003. When I spoke with my "hun" he said that when he spoke to his case manager about it the case manager said that they dont do marriages in jail unless the one he's getting married to was also in jail....that kind of sounds odd to me? please help.....thank you.....:)

I believe that thread you read was referring to prison marriages, not jail marriages. Hopefully someone who is familiar with this will help you. Good luck !!!
