I got the approval to visit my man FINALLY! I called 8:00 Monday morning to schedule an appointment for this weekend the the guy said that he was now on Level 3 (he moved) and that the visiting was already booked.

Has anyone heard of visiting being booked when you call first thing on Monday?!

Yes as BVN4LIFE said you do have to start calling at 7:31am on Monday. They get very busy so you just have to keep calling back and it will ring forever. Good Luck and GOD BLESS!
