My hubby was sentenced on the 21st and he got moved to C-74 today. I hope they don't ship him out before tomorrow... he has a visit and I really want to see him before they move him!

I just wanted to let you guys know in case anyone wanted to compare timelines. :)

I Dont Think They'll Ship Him Out Til Probably A Week To A Month. However Evry Fridays They Have Visits From 7am To 2pm. Other Days It Depends.

I read that they have to send him to an upstate NYSDOC correctional facility (probably Ulster, maybe Downstate for him) within 2 weeks of being sentenced... Does anyone know if this is true. Most of the people he's been with have been moved within a week and a few days. My husband had a medical hold on him for a few days because he had a cut on his leg that they were dressing for him but now it healed so he's ready to go. He thinks he's gone early this week.
