View Full Version : Visitation-Can I only be on one person's list? baldhead1972 03-27-2006, 02:09 PM I Heard That A Person Can Only Be On 1 Persons Visitation List Can Anyone Tell Me If This Is True Zelda50 03-28-2006, 11:16 AM I think it depends on the circumstances. My suggestion is that you sign up to visit the person you most want to visit. Then after approved, apply to visit whatever other person. On the visiting application, it will ask you if you visit or correspond with any other inmates and just be honest in completing that. Then see what they say. If there is a particular reason for visiting 2 prisoners (like both of them are family members), then be sure to include a note which explains that. That's my suggestion. Zelda mzlady 03-30-2006, 06:59 AM me and my brother n law are both on our way to federal prison I wonder if my sister will be able to visit the both of us we are both trying to get into greenville so that she can visit the both of us on the same day I hope that the bop will consider the fact that she is my sister and he is her husband but I would understand that she would want to visit her husband not_unrealistic 04-25-2006, 11:42 AM I think you can only be on one person's list at a certain prison unless you get permission from the warden. Special circumstances would be if you had more than one family member at a prison. Then it shouldn't be a problem to be on multiple lists so that you can visit more than one person at the same time. TxRhino 05-08-2006, 02:58 PM It may vary from Facility to Facility, but at FPC Bryan tere are several sister/sister and mother/daughter inmates and they get visits from the same folks at the same time regularly. I also know of one of the local churches that do visits to those who do not recieve regular visits and the same individual will see as many as 3 or 4 different inmates in a single day. I am pretty sure you can be on more than one persons visiting list but you can only visit one inmate at a time unless you have permission from the Warden himself DALLIS 11-13-2008, 11:43 PM I would agree that honesty on the visitation application is crucial. |
