BUT THAT PO BOX IS THE SAME AS I SEND MAIL TO HIM, SO IT MIGHT DEPEND UPON WERE THEIR HOUSED? SORRY I WASN'T MUCH HELP, IF YOU GO THROUGH THIS FORUM IT HAS ALL YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW.

You can enclose it in a letter that you mail to your man and they will remove it and forward it to visiting. A prior arrest does not necessarily mean that your visiting app wont be approved, but be sure to list it on the app.hello eveyone....

I sent mine in an envelope addressed directly to my man, complete with the CDC# on it.......but I also wrote "VISITING FORM" on the outside of the envelope - which is what the Records and Mail Departments told me to do. I didn't enclose a letter for him - just the visiting form. The mail room took the visiting form out - sent it to the visiting department for processing - and sent the empty envelope to him. That way he knew I had sent it in......NKSP received it - and it's in process....

i called n they said it was ok to send it with the regular mail,just indicate on the outside of the envelope it was there so they can remove it and forward it and that my boo knows i sent it back.

Hi LadyBam3, I guess I'm a little late and you've pretty much gotten your answer. But, as for your second question- having a previous arrest does not necessarily ban you from visiting. But, make sure to list ALL detentions, arrests and/ or convictions. "Failure to list ALL requested information will most likely result in denial of visiting." And, they might not find out the first time or two, but eventually they'll catch up with you. They don't ask for perfection, but do adhere to honesty. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
