I just found this place...Ive got a dear friend who i just found out is beginning his 20 years...right now hes in Pine Bluff (Diag unit) and will be transferred to who knows where, who knows when...

Anyway im really upset about it right now because although i moved to Texas, the last i heard from him, he was doing really well and staying out of trouble and then i find this out...its so sad...hes not a bad guy kwim...also im having problems because i KNOW my DH will not approve of me writing to him at all...NOT at all...simply because hes a guy...so im having an inner battle with should i get another private P.O.box so Doug and i can write back and forth...its not that im planning on cheating with him at all...no not that...its just that, i know how lonely Doug will be and how much my letters will mean to him....anyway.....thanks for having such a wonderful place...

He will need some support from someone,weather it be you or someone else.There are many men there who never have a visit or letter so if you can do this and it does not cause problems with the other person....then be there for him. :) Kitty

Do you think there would be anyway you could explain the situation to your man to where he could understand how important you feel it is to support your friend?

Twisti, you are getting ready to go down there thru it with it. You heard that record its going down. If he don't have a girl he's going to make you his. He's going to know you better than yourself. He going make you smile all day thinking about him with that pencil and paper. YOu will find yourself writing him a letter in your head. Paper and pencil will become stuff you will be jealous over. I got beautiful stationarys and color ink pens. I buy cards crazy. I get a rush when I see a mailbox.
