My husband is on B Yard at KVSP and I spoke with him last night - he didn't mention anything and wasn't on lockdown.

i heard they didnt go on lockdown; maybe for a couple hours but then it was back to normal, im not really sure what happened.
they dont seem to stay lockdown for very long over there which is a nice change . . . . i havent heard from mine since wednesday so im wondering if anything is going on with his yard, hes not on b yard.

Alice - yeah, my old man doesn't usually trip on a lot of stuff and doesn't like to "burden" me with it. He keeps stuff pretty close to the vest. However, had it been really bad - he would have told me. We talked at 7pm last night.

Okay - it's a bit late in the game, but I got mail today from my husband and he says it was a white on white stabbing on the yard Wednesday. They were only outside for an hour when it happened and spent 30 minutes in "GET DOWN" mode. That's all he says except he was pissed yard got cut short. :mad:

mine tells me whats going on because he knows it wont freak me out; i freak out more not knowing what is happening. . . im happy you heard from yours and you know hes ok. an that you got to talk to him last night ;) im still waiting on a cal from mine. its been 2 days which is weird for him. hmmm

Yeah, Im actually the same - i"d prefer to know. I've told him about PTO and that I hear things, so he needs to let me know he's okay when something jumps off. Hope you hear from your hubby soon. Don't you hate when they don't call as usual? I'm learning to relax through most of it, but DAMN! it's rough sometimes. Thanx Alice!

hey i finally got a call late sat night; apparently there was an incident on his yard thurs so they were lockdown thur and fri. . .

it is rough and though i know to relax most of the time there are those times that its just harder than usual ya know? it took mine a while to understand that i meant it when i said i wanted to know; he would tell me tiny lil things to see if i woul dfreak out and finally we are at the point where he tells me now and knows i will be able to handle it (haha most of the time i can ;) )
