#1..Segregation is the WRONG word to be using here.. First and foremost..Diamond is the HOmie and we stay at Mojave faithfully when visiting our husbands...So WE thought for all the ladies that could NOT make it to SOUTH CENTRAL LA could come to dinner and chill seeing that it has been talked about WAAAAAy before this G2G ever got started..If you Nenaz would have carefully readu see it was clowin the homie... you are taling it to a whole nother level. Honestly I know EXACTLY where it is NOW.. and I live 5minutes from the location.. Just so you know what business REALLY is check out EVERY post under CCi and notice Diamond and BVN clown daily..That is what we do to keep from crying and having attacks because of the situation.. I am really on one now.. because SEGREGATING the G2G was Never anyones intention.. and to SEGREGATE.. then it would be doing WAYSIDE all over again... I'll cross that bridge when I get there.... I agree with BVN segreation is a harsh word. By the way isnt that what our husbands have to go through on a daily! Why would you bring that drama to the streets and to PTO. You need to step back and rethink what you are saying because that was UNCALLED for. We/I would never try to segregate anything.... I am an advocate for all prisons to come together one day and have a G2G but it seems like that might not happen because people misinterprate things in such a defensive manor. Diamond I believe I was talking to you. You just post this G2G for CCI ladies today so I thought something was wrong. As for the word segregate I meant per prisons it had nothing to do with race. And what our husbands go through daily it stays in the prison.This was for us to come together and support one another, I wasn't bring the drama to PTO or the streets. What an awesome idea to met. This is something I would love participate in. To have the support from others that are going through the same thing has helped me so much. I know I may not post as much as I should but working full time with a son and trying to keep up with the everyday things can just get pretty over whelming. I know chica no worries here...... I am so excited I am getting ready to leave to go to the big 6 in a few hours after baby boys game!!!! His team won the make up game this am..... OK, here are the HOLIDAYS that they get visits....
1.Memorial Day((Monday))- this will b a 3day weekend
2. Fourth of July( Tuesday)) that is weird because we go Sat and Sun, break Mon and back on Tues..Oh well
3. Labor Day (September 4th-Monday)) that is a 3day weekend also
4. Thanksgiving((Last Thursday in November)) that is one of the skip a day and then visit the weekend, so I will take off that Friday, and then stay Thur-Sun at the M6))
5. Christmas(( this year is BOMB, it is a 3day weekend again, last year it fell on a reg visiting day!! so that is the Shizznit))
6. and NEWYEARS..(( again this another 3day weekend)) so SAAWOOOP!!

NOW that the Holidays are out there, I think any of the 3day holidays are the Best, maybe the more intimate ones like Christmas and Newyears..that way we can plan WAAAAAYYYYY in advance book the rooms, and have champagne and good talk.. and then see our HUSBANDS on the morning of..Yeah that is Awesome..
And I am NOT taking over the planning Di. you know me and my patience, if I dont get responses I will G2G with Me, Myself and I...Yup!!!! Where they leave the lights on..MOTEL 6 baybeee!!!!!!
