Hi I am new to this and I need help. My son is in baldwin co jail he has been there since sept 05. He was sentenced to 7 years for selling 2 quarter bags of weed, he was denied youthful offender, even though he has never been in trouble before. My main concern is he has severe asthma and I have read that alabama prisons do not have ac. He cannot survive in extreme heat. What can I do. He was only 18 when he commited this crime.
