no. in cal. your app will follow him where ever he goes. id call first, just to make sure. what ever you do don't turn in another app unless you need to. when my husband was at delano 1 we turned one in, didnt find out i was approved till after he got sent to d2. so when he got there i sent in another. but i called, they said im approved to visit... so i did. 3 months later d2 ran that 2nd app and came up with a jaywalking ticket i must have forgot about from 3-4 years ago. here it is 3 months later, i might be seeing him this weekend. i hope i hope. just call the visiting dept.

From what I understand it all depends on the prison itself. But like plpiper stated, I would call the visiting department to confirm that you are good to go.

That's great! How long did it take to get approved? I am just wondering because I sent my visiting forms in last week. Thanks!
