My husband went in front of the parole board the Feb 22. He we recommend for Parole and the process started. All of the paperwork was approved and sent back to the Parole Officer at ADC. I have spoken with them and they say that he missied the last 90 day epa by a couple of days and was not eligble for the year epa because he has a meth conviction. They told me that he would not be able to come home until his P.E., T.E. dat which is June 23. Can someone help me understand this process?:confused: Everywhere I have researched stated that they were eligable for the year epa as long as it was a non violent and not under the the 70% law. He has neither of these and was not on the year list!
