ive filed a 602 for relief from most of my parole conditions more spacificly my parole officer will not let me have contact w/ my wife (the victum) and son even though my wife has had the protective order modified and has been adamint w/ regard having me home. any help??

That's a tricky one because the general conditions state that you can not have contact with the victim. However, I have known them to lift that in domestic violence cases if you have successfully completed all your classes and the two of you are in counseling.

do not give up, if you keep getting denied, just keep climbing up the ladder to the next level to get answers. :)
