Now that my brother is home and on parole I have a few questions
As part of his terms he is not allowed to be around me and my husband stating we were victims of his crimes. I am so upset with this. I am his blood and there is no reason why he shouldnt be around us for we dont drink do drugs as a matter of fact we both work for the california highway patrol.... Any ideas what I should do? He has moved in with my parents for the time being broken hearted

Try calling his parole agent yourself and asking about the situation. Since you are both adults and able to make your own choices about him, maybe that will help change things.
If the agent doesn't help you, you can try the supervisor, but I haven't had much luck with them, they seem to just parrot back what ever the agent decides. IF that doesn't work, call the board in Sacramento. Now THEY have some power, if they choose to use it. Whatever you do, don't try to talk to or see him without clearing it up, although if they violate him for it, you can testify at his hearing and maybe THEN get it changed!:rolleyes:

Thanks I did talk with his parole agent when he came to my house to see if my brother was there, but as soon as we found out he couldnt be around me he moved in with our parents! He acted like he was gonna catch my brother messing up but we will comply until we figure this out! Comply or he goes back to prison is what the parole agent said!!

Ok, then your next move should be with the PArole Dept in Sac. They set his parole standards, they can change them!
