Just want to be sure: does Delta Yard mean Facility "D" and Echo Yard mean Facility "E"? I just checked the visitor hotline and they said that Delta Yard has visiting but administrative only for Delta 1,2 and 9.

If my dad is at Facility D, building 4, does that mean I'm good to go for a visit?

I did get to visit and it was the best thing that has happened to me (and I suspect him too) in a long time. I put up a new thread about it. Thank you for all of the info! I will be back with the children in two weeks.
