My man has been in reception at lancaster since dec2 2005. Althought he is awaiting tranfer he tells me that he has not been classified and has not been given a release date. He did say that he saw his counselor WALTON IN Jan but she did not have his folder and dispite nummerous attemps to contact her she has not replied. I called her and althought she didnt have his file in front of her she assured me that she had given him that information in Jan. Whom Should i belive? And if i ask her to get his file will she give me any info? Any information will be greatly appreciated!

usually the counsulor dont give out that information. i dont have much good to say about them. but he may have been classified and didnt recieve his copy. if she said that she did it then have him request to a copy or to see his file. a couple of times my son didnt get his copy. the cdc is really slow so its just a big waiting game. i hope you find out what you want soon. as far as your other thread i know the 50% starts i believe once they hit main line. but first they take off the credit time then do the 50%. good luck
