I'm taken a chance with sending a package because I am not sure if my man is in SHU, all I know is that he is in Level 4 Yard (PO Box 1905). Is it true the mailroom will return anything they cannot have (and I can get a credit from the company)?

What is the best company for the quarterly packages for Tehachapi. I was looking at walkenhorts but also heard of others. Anyone have any recommendations?

Finally my man, being the man he is, didn't ask for anything specific. This will be his first package and I'm not sure what to send. Any suggestions on what I should send to get him started and through this first quarter?

I have never had a problem with them sending the wrong things either. I used walkenhorsts last time and I didnt like them because it seemed more expensive and I had to pay for shipping! Good luck!

I agree with Diamond415, Access is the way to go. I use them every quarter and my hubby gets his package on time. I also save $5 whenever I spend over $100 which is added incentive for me to go through them.

Word of caution - They don't always have the CD's and some of the General Merchandise on hand, so those items will be deleted from your order. Just give them a call a couple of days after placing your order to check the status.

Thanks so much for the info everybody! I just sent my dad a package through access and I feel so much better knowing they are connected to the institutions (approved products etc). Now maybe my dad will forgive me for missing his birthday! Thanks again.:D

I've never had any problems with them. They ALWAYS answer the phone and I never have to go through a big ole long answering thing...I like that. Shipping used to be free but they changed it this year to $5.00...still thats not bad.
