Ok folks thought I would add this sticky here to assist in any Road Construction, closures and so forth when traveling to and from the prison. The dates will change weekly to help out. When posting please include and alternate route if you know one.

Is there road construction going on near and around the prison? I've been out of the visiting loop due to unforeseen circumstances but will be back to driving up there as of next Saturday (03/25). I already got stuck in a freeway shutdown due to a horrific accident and almost missed my appointment to visit because of it. I sure don't want to be held up because of road construction.

i am looking for anyone traveling to mcsp in may i am in tulare the 559 area im right off the 99 i was going to take the bus there but there is no bus from here to there so i thought i would see if i could share a ride to visit my hubbie to be i know its like 3 hours from here and i am willing to help with the gas i pray that there is someone out there willing to help have a wonderful day and a blessed night
